About
Hi, Iām Nina Lange.
I love what I do!
I am committed to supporting you to become the very best version of yourself.
I am a second-generation naturopath and am passionate about all things health. Getting to the bottom of a health concern and finding the root cause of illness is my main focus in practice, as well as preventative healthcare and health maintenance. I believe that our organisms are able to correct their imbalances with support from minimal adjustments.
I work with you in a client-centred manner and I am striving for this to be a conscious, self-directed and evolving process. Each consultation is individualised to ensure the best possible treatment outcomes.
I am passionate about connecting mainstream medicine, naturopathy, nutrition and integrative health and look forward to sharing care with any other healthcare practitioners that you may be seeing.
What is naturopathy
Contemporary evidence-based naturopathic practice is a fusion of modern scientific research and traditional healing practises, integrating patient values and clinical expertise. Naturopathic medicine takes a whole health approach to wellness and supports a person to live a healthy life. The foundations of naturopathy are based on the importance of a healthy diet, clean water, sunlight, exercise and stress management to achieve physical, mental, spiritual and emotional balance.
During a naturopathic consultation, a broad understanding of personal health is gained through extensive questioning, iris, tongue and nail analysis and other health assessment methods. Once potential imbalances have been established, herbal and nutritional medicines, flower essences, along with dietary and lifestyle counselling may be prescribed to support nature's and therefore the body's innate ability to find its way back to balance.
